Despite the effort in the last two decades in closing the gender gap in the TECH field across all sectors, there is still a skills shortage in the area, and the female recruitment pool remains in drought mode.
To assist the International Public Sector Organisations with their recruitment effort to changing the gender ratio, Global Careers will launch a campaign as well as a unique Online Careers Event for Women in TECH on 24 October 2019. Multiple organisations will participate in the event and engage with talented and ambitious women with a TECH background looking for a stepping stone in their career.
The campaign will feature exclusive job opportunities, editorial, interviews and careers information from diverse International Organisations, alongside an online careers event for women with a TECH background with 3+ years experience looking for a new challenge.
Bear with us, the list of participating organisations will be released shortly
