LGBTQ Recruitment Event – 25 June 2020*

Celebrate workplace gender diversity this June!

While progress has been made on gender equality in the workplace, many lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBTQ) people can unfortunately sometimes experience discrimination in one way or another.

More organizations than ever are making conscious and active efforts to embrace gender diversity and inclusion. Greater diversity becomes more compelling as recent research* provides evidence that organizations with diverse workforces often achieve a competitive advantage in their marketplace as well as securing a more committed, productive, and happy workforce.

At Global Careers, we take the importance of gender diversity in the workplace very seriously and we are proud to assist our clients, leading international organizations, to attract top talent regardless of gender or sexual identity.

This June 2020, as Pride Month is being celebrated globally to commemorate the Stonewall Riots** and to recognize the impact LGBTQ people have had in the world, Global Careers is organizing a month-long campaign to promote LGBTQ recruitment worldwide. The campaign will include interviews, articles, and a unique ONLINE recruitment event where leading organizations will be able to engage with top LGBTQ talent.
