Both events will provide you with insights into our mission, what we offer, hear experiences of our staff, and the transformative projects we are undertaking. You will also have an opportunity to interact with our recruitment team and ask questions.
The opening hour of the event will be dedicated to exploring AIIB and its offerings to our staff. You will also have the chance to hear firsthand experiences from our Environment and Climate team at AIIB, fostering a valuable exchange of knowledge and insights.
The following hour will be dedicated to addressing questions from the audience. All three recruiters will be actively present and will be selecting questions directly from the live audience for discussion and response.

AIIB is looking for people with relevant experience in government, multilateral development organizations, private sector or other institutions. Essential criteria to attend the event:
- Do you have at least two years of relevant professional work experience?
- Do you hold at least a Bachelor’s Degree?
- Do you have language skills? (Proficient oral and written communication skills in English, knowledge of a language(s) of a country in which AIIB invests would be an advantage.
