Requirements:
- Fluent in English (oral and written)
- Have 5 years of experience minimum
- Master’s degree or a Bachelor’s degree with relevant certifications
Jianping Huang, Director General, Information Technology Department
Ms. Huang oversees AIIB’s information technology strategies and the design, implementation and operation of IT systems, based on the Bank’s Digital Roadmap. As Director General, she leads all aspects of technology planning, enterprise architecture, service management, security and risk management, and data governance and management to shepherd AIIB’s digital transformation. She brings with her more than 20 years of experience from both private and public organizations, including IBM and the World Bank, where she was part of the Information Technology Group responsible for enterprise system implementation and operation. She holds a master’s degree from George Washington University. Huang is from the People’s Republic of China.
Scott Fitzgerald, Head of Talent Acquisition
Mr. Fitzgerald, the Head of Talent Acquisition at the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) since May 2019, has significantly contributed to its talent strategy in Beijing. Before AIIB, he enriched his expertise at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the Royal Bank of Scotland, focusing on developmental banking and strategic resourcing. Scott’s career also includes roles in HR recruitment and labour attraction, reflecting his extensive experience in the HR and talent acquisition field. His academic foundation from the University of Alberta complements his professional achievements.
