Global Careers in Latin America & the Caribbean

The Global Careers in Latin America and the Caribbean campaign was one of the first campaigns which focused on sourcing talent to and from Latin America and the Caribbean.
Participating employers included top international organisations, including the the United Nations Refugee Agency (UNHCR), and the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB). Both organisations engaged with top talent from Latin America and the Caribbean, with recruiters speaking to hundreds of qualified candidates regarding exciting opportunities within the region.
The key skills required for this event:
- Candidates held a postgraduate degree such as a Masters, MBA or Ph.D
- Candidates had 5+ years of relevant professional work experience
- Candidates had multiple language skills
- Candidates had motivation to work for an International Organisation
Overall 696 candidates who attended the event had the opportunity to speak with with recruiters from top international organisations (UNHCR, IDB), and explored numerous career opportunities within Latin America and the Caribbean, all from the comfort of their own home, office, smartphone and tablet. Both UNHCR and IDB received a high amount of interest from top quality candidates looking for new opportunities within Latin America and the Caribbean.
